St Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church by Marlon Blackwell Architects

After a lengthy search for property, the congregation of Saint Nicholas East Orthodox Church found three acres in Springdale, Arkansas. The existing building had three high lift garage doors, a small mezzanine and an office. Today the skin is a box rib metal panel, common in local industrial buildings, while the interiors are kept simple and clean-cut. Much of the original structure is still visible, and remind the visitors of the history of the site and the transformation of the Church. Read More About This Award Winning Building Here.
